5th Birthday - allergy friendly

My boy turned 5 last week. Lucky for him the birthday cakes are getting better each year. He told me he wanted a Finn Mcmisile birthday cake this year. No Problem, I said ... and who is Finn McMisile you ask???? He's the spy car from cars 2.
So my mission.... should I choose to accept it was make a kids birthday cake - Finn McMisile Birthday Cake using no wheat, no eggs, no peanuts, no tree nuts, no dairy, no corn, no soy ...hmmm.

Well, I accepted the mission and here are the results. Oh, I had to make 2 cakes... the first for preschool and the other one for our family party.
