Tonights dinner was an experiment for my new Christmas Recipe Ebook (available from Dec 1). It was yummo - kids loved it. I cooked it with garlic and rosemary roast vegies.
This is the turkey loaf rolled flat then I spread Dijon mustard and cranberry sauce over the top. Sprinkled with ground sunflower seeds and peppita's. I rolled it up like a roulade and baked it.
After it was cooked I melted some Cranberry sauce and added a touch of Agave nectar and drizzled it over the top. Finished off with some cranberries. Yum! Free from all ef the Top 8 food allergens meaning the whole family could share it.
