I was actually amazed as to the number of food allergy mums blogs there are. Food allergies are a worldwide problem, with Australia having the highest rate. The best thing about competitions such as these is raising awareness of the condition of life threatening food allergies. Already I have had a lot of mums wanting help and advice - it gives me so much joy to be able to pass on what I have learnt. So a big thankyou! I'm off to bake Banana Crumble cake.
