Bit of a cook up this morning. Morning tea at our place is allergy friendly banana bread and choc chunk cookies. I'm experimenting a few ideas for a local cafe that has asked me to cook some allergy friendly treats. By the way these cookies are dissappearing, I think I am onto something good here. Both are free from eggs, nuts, dairy. I did use spelt flour so the next attempt will be gluten free also.
