I was really excited when I bought the Freedom Foods gluten free wraps. A bit of variety for Cohen's lunchbox.These wraps are gluten free, wheatfree, dairy free etc.
My excitement soon turned to disappointment though. As soon as I rolled them up, they broke apart. I tried heating them up as the directions suggest, but.. well you can see how they turned out - certainly not like the picture on the front of the pack.
So, my next challenge in the kitchen is to create a flatbread that is allergy friendly and also pliable enough to roll into a wrap. I'll keep you informed. :)
