Banana Bread with Lemon Frosting

Allergy friendly, of course - Free from nuts, eggs, soy, dairy, wheat and gluten.
I made this cake at the beginning of the week, for school lunches. Needless to say it didn't last long. I have had such a wonderful response to the recipe. A definate hit, especially with banana's so cheap at the moment.

I have been asked to make it without using rice flour. So, Im getting off the computer now to experiment. I'll keep you posted. If you make the Banana Bread, I would love your feedback.
