I tend to make alot of snacky balls in our house. They are quick, easy, healthy, great for lunchboxes and the kids devour them!! I have made many different varieties and will share the recipes as I remake them.
These are what I came up with this week....
They are FREE FROM - Sugar, Peanuts, Tree nuts, Wheat, Gluten, Dairy, Eggs and Soy
Ingredients
½ cup Eskal Freenut butter
½ cup Gluten Free Oats (certified) or Quinoa flakes
¼ cup rice syrup (more or less depending on taste)
2 tablespoons cacao powder
½ cup mixed seeds (peppitas, sunflower, chia)
Coconut
Method
Combine all ingredients (except the coconut) into the bowl
of a food processor.
Process all ingredients together until your desired consistency - crunchy or smooth.
Remove mixture and roll
into balls.
Toss the balls in the coconut
Refrigerate until desired
Makes 16 balls
These are great for lunchboxes, after school snack or for morning tea with a cuppa. Enjoy! Please comment below and tell me what you think
