The kids will love helping to make these yummy biscuits!
1 cup dairy free margarine ( I used Nuttelex)
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 cups Gluten free plain flour
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Allowable jam ( I used homemade)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat margarine and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and beat until mixed through.
Fold in flour until thoroughly combined.
Place spoonful's of mixture onto a lined baking tray.
Make a dent in the centre of each biscuit (I used my knuckle).
Fill with jam being careful not to overfill.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Place on rack to cool before eating.
